A Course In Miracles is a Christ centered spiritual discipline that is based on forgiveness. As the name implies, this 1200 page, 3-volume book, is designed as a course, with a text, a workbook and a teacher's manual. The practice of The Course is a kind of psychotherapy, in which the patient is you and the therapist is our inner teacher, or what The Course calls the Holy Spirit.
The Course is so unique; there are no neat labels or categories for it. Its teachings combine the insights of contemporary psychology, with the spiritual wisdom of the East and the essence of Christianity. Focusing on forgiveness in the area of relationships, The Course is a highly specific training program, teaching us to make the choices that will heal our inner conflict, and bring us peace.
